– What information we collect?

When you register for Panel Data Xcel user account (“Account”) on the website, you will be assigned with credentials which will be associated with any information you give to us under your Account. While you may use some functionality of the Services and/or Site without registering for an Account, most functionality and services will require that you register for an Account.

Information Collected Via Help Desk/Customer Support

Your emails and other correspondence to and from us may be recorded for a variety of reasons, such as monitoring customer service quality or compliance, verifying the accuracy of the information you provide us, preventing fraud, or training staff or customer service representatives. Any information acquired from you via Help desk will be handled in line with the terms of this Policy.

Automatically Collected Information

We use this information to optimise our website for different operating systems and to increase user participation.

Nothing prevents a company from charging a different price or offering a different level or quality of service if the difference is fairly tied to the value offered to the customer by the data of the consumers respectively.

Your rights under the CCPA may be exempted as allowed by the Act, especially if you use the Services as an employee or agent under a business account. Panel Data Xcel explicitly retains all legal exclusions provided by the CCPA.

In accordance with CalOPPA, we have posted this prominent Policy to the public, outlining the personal data being gathered and how it may or may not be revealed. We also provide policy modification notice to our users and give options for our users to manage their personal data personal information.

Australia:

India:

Data Protection Laws: India has recently implemented the Personal Data Protection Bill, 2019 (PDP Bill), which is yet to become law. The PDP Bill aims to regulate the processing of personal data in India and provides various provisions for data protection.

Rights of Data Owners: The PDP Bill grants data owners in India rights such as the right to access, correct, and erase their personal data. Data owners also have the right to object to processing and seek compensation for any violations.

2. Panel Membership Opt-Out: If you wish to opt out of our online market research panel entirely, you can request your panel membership to be closed. Please send an email to info@datxcelservices.com with the subject line “Panel Membership Opt-Out Request.” In the email, provide your full name and the email address associated with your panel membership.

Please note that opting out may result in the termination of your panel membership and the discontinuation of any incentives or rewards associated with participation.

We will make reasonable efforts to process your opt-out request promptly, typically within few business days from the receipt of your request. However, please be aware that certain data processing activities may already be underway or completed at the time of your opt-out request, and we may need to retain certain information as required by applicable laws or for legitimate business purposes.

– Modifications

Panel Data Xcel reserves the right to modify this Policy as laws, regulations, industry standards, and/or our company change.
